Phase 1 - Portal

Create (Drupal based?) portal similar to http://data.gov and http://www.ca.gov/data.html

Goal: Gather SF City & county data source pointers to a single place.

Phase 2 - API

Standardized API and Architecture across all data sources.

Goal: Allow easy access to data for 3rd party integrators / programmers.

Phase 3 - Collaboration

Federated login and feedback to data source owners.

Goal: Enable feedback and corrections from citizens.

Notes

We have to steer our efforts within the project boundaries / scope to reach our Success Criteria in reasonable time.
