CULTURAL DATA PROJECT

STATEMENT OF WORK for San Francisco Arts Commission

This Statement of Work (“SOW”) is attached to and fully incorporates the Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”), both of which are effective as of the last signature below ("Effective Date"). To the extent a SOW provides additional and/or conflicting terms to this Agreement, the terms of the SOW shall govern and prevail to the extent of the additional term or the inconsistency.

I. Description of the Work

The CDP shall provide the following services to Client:

• Access to the DataArts platform and Cultural Data Profile survey for applicants.
• Dedicated Partner Solutions Team Member for project launch and implementation.
• Standard full-color reports for each applicant.
• Grant program included in DataArts directory with description and requirements.
• Dashboard to monitor overall applicant pool progress to completion.
• Live support services for funders and applicants via phone or email.
• Self-serve advocacy report accessing aggregated financial data for the cultural sector and customizable by state, congressional district, and other options.
• Data Access: Includes unlimited self-service access to:
• Analytic reports: Marketing, Fundraising, Balance Sheet and Program Activity.
• Reports can be run in trend mode or comparison mode, against a national or custom data set.
• Annual report for each applicant.
• Complete data export for applicant pool in CSV format

II. Term of Services Under this SOW

Subject to the termination provisions of the Agreement, CDP’s Services under this SOW will commence on July 1, 2019 and terminate on June 30, 2023 (“SOW Term of Services”).

III. Fee for CDP Work and Payment Schedule

CDP shall be paid a total of $63,700.00 as a fee for the above services, payable annually in the amount of $15,925.00 for a term of 4 years. Payment for the first year of services is due within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. Payment for subsequent years is due by 6/30 of each year. The fee will not be reduced if any of the services outlined above go unused.

The Point of Sale System for the Public Library is being procured to collect payments related to their operations. Payment categories include but are not limited to Library material replacement fees, copier card purchases, meeting room fees, reproductions of historical photographs, and donations. The Library is procuring this System both to address a Controller's Office audit finding to improve cash handling and to make it easier for patrons to interface with the Library to maintain their borrowing privileges.
